Battery Management Software - Locks up when trying to connect

When connecting the Fluke Battery Testers to the Battery Management Software, the software locks up during this process.  The best approach to fix this would be to go to Windows Device Manager and view Ports.  Remove or disable Intel SOL and Bluetooth over serial if it shows up.  Also you might need to remove these items as disabling does not always work.  After that restart the software and the battery tester should connect fine.


Right-click on the specified Ports (Intel SOL and Serial over Bluetooth) and select Disable. Now you should be able to connect to your tester without causing the software to lock up or shut down.
