Fluke products usually have a long life, but full technical support isn't available indefinitely. We will typically provide detailed operational support for several years after a model is retired, but will eventually move to limited support.
When a product has reached limited support status, we will continue to help users find manuals, software and firmware upgrades but will not provide step-by-step assistance with operation of the product. In some instances we will be able to answer detailed questions, while in other instances we may no longer be capable of helping users. Limiting factors include availability of the retired model, staff familiarity with the product and software compatibility with current computer operating systems.
